Following a degree in Microbiology in 1983 from Queen Mary College, University of London, and after a background in science, Ian graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2005.
After working in practices in London he moved and settled to North Wales. Ian has worked closely with Dr Perrin since 2006 and joined the Perrin Clinic team in 2011.
As well as the treatment of neck and back pain, and the wide range of conditions that osteopathy is renowned for, he is trained and specialises in the Perrin Technique for the treatment of CFS/ME.
He was the Chair of the charity FORME (fund for osteopathic research into myalgic encephalomyelitis) for 3 years between 2013-16, during which he oversaw the funding for the research undertaken by Dr Perrin in 2016.
Today he continues to be a trustee of the charity, works weekly with Dr Perrin, and in his own practice in North Wales, where he lives with his wife.
